Exocarpos humifusus R.Br.
A small plant endemic to alpine and subalpine Tasmania. It is quite common and forms extensive mats. It can be confused with Exocarpos nanus which is much less common, is smaller and has opposite leaf scales. In Exocarpos humifusus the leaf scales are alternate.
